The most important thing you need to know about me is I believe in Jesus Christ and Love Him deeply. I may not show that at all times, but I pray for grace and believe Jesus is changing me slowly but surely. I grew up in a rather large family of two older brothers, two younger brothers, and two younger sisters with a wild mother and lunatic father. I love them all greatly. Seriously I do. We all played an excessive amount of sports from football, baseball, wrestling, track, softball, and volleyball. My three sports were football, baseball, and wrestling. I attempted the college sport thing for a year, but the Lord had other plans and I couldn’t be more thankful. I graduated from UNCC with an Exercise Science degree.
My older brother, Aaron, introduced me to Crossfit when I was done playing football and I haven’t looked back since. I started out wanting to be a mad man and compete in every event possible, but now that I have ventured into the coaching aspect of it I am falling in love with coaching. I got my Crossfit level 1 certification back in 2011 and have been coaching since then. I am very thankful for all the people that have poured into me, especially Josh Elmore, and helped me refine this gift of coaching. I believe God gives us certain gifts and we are called to use them for His glory. I intend on using this gift of coaching wholeheartedly. This gift is a blessing and I pray that I come into the box every day with a passion to help others reach and obtain goals they never thought they could obtain.Highlights
