Lorraine is a certified Level 1 coach and has been crossfitting regularly since 2011. Lorraine received a BA in History from the University of Virginia, were she was a 4-year starter and co-captain on the varsity field hockey team. While earning All-ACC honors, she was also a member of the US junior national field hockey team. After college, Lorraine attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she was an assistant coach for Wake’s NCAA and ACC champion field hockey team. After law school, Lorraine practiced law in New Jersey for 5 years before moving to Charlotte with her family and returning to her true passion of sports and fitness. Lorraine has been coaching crossfit for over a year and also is the assistant field hockey coach as Meyers Park High School. She lives in Ballantyne with her two children, Libby and Henry.
